Kelsi's 1st Easter

Well, Little Bit had a great 1st Easter. We had our Easter celebration at church last Sunday. Thursday night we took her to the mall to have her picture taken with the Easter bunny. I thought she might cry, but I think she actually liked him. While we were picking out the picture she looked like she was going to doze off for a nap with the snuggly Easter bunny! We also went to church this morning and then went to Grannie Susie's for lunch with the family. A lady at work asked me about Kelsi's Easter outfit,and I told her she had 4! She said you are just shameless, and so I guess I am! Girls' baby clothes are precious and mommy just can't help herself! Here are some pictures of her first Easter and her 4 outfits! Later when I get our family picture from Mama I'm going to add it on here. As you can tell Daddy was taking the picture that's why you don't see TJ in them! I'm looking forward to next Easter when Kelsi will be walking and trying to find eggs, and I am very grateful for God giving His only son so that we can everlasting life!

Busy, busy, busy!

It seems like we are constantly going, going, going! Kelsi had her 2 month dr's appt on March 21st. She weighed 11 lbs. 5 oz. She's growing like a little weed. By the time she wears an outfit twice it's too small for her! She has so many clothes that she doesn't even get to wear some of them once. There aren't enough days to wear all of her outfits. She is so spoiled by everyone, including her mommy of course. She has started smiling and laughing out loud sometimes. I don't care what else is going on or how bad my day has been one of those little crooked smiles with those little sparkling eyes makes it all go away. She has started sucking on her hands and rubbing her eyes when she gets sleepy. She roots in your chest to fight her sleep, but when I finally get her to sleep she usually sleeps through the night. If not she wakes up around 4 and sleeps with mommy. :) This Thursday we are going to Kentucky to watch Uncle Shaye in his last Auburn University National Championship. This will be Kelsi's first road trip and there is no telling how 7 hours in a car with a nearly 3 month old is going to turn out! We will see...
